The science of wellbeing, Positive Psychology is an academic sub-discipline that can directly help us improve our lives and be happier! We delve a little bit into some concrete ways to improve our lives, and it’s all based on research! And then we will also discuss a product some say makes them happier. We are walking a positive path here!
